A build up of muscle tension could be the cause

Every day we are experiencing stress of all different kinds. Stress shows up in our bodies as muscle tension. 

Left unchecked, it can start to build up and affect the way we feel and move. Chronically contracted muscles make us feel inflexible and weak. They can be sore and even painful. Maintaining this level of tension also requires lots of energy that depletes us quickly. It’s frustrating when it feels like we have to give up the things we love to do because we don’t understand what’s happening and we don’t know what to do about it.
